What is the production process of custom bags?
At Unedesin, we use innovative techniques to print vivid designs on custom bags. However, this process is still very complicated, so it takes 10 working days to complete: set up each part of the bag according to your requirements, draw the corresponding patterns, dry the components, seal to protect the design, then carry out heat treatment, and finally ship it.
What are your shipping options & times?
We offer 3 forms of shipping: Slow, Standard, and Expedited. We recommend at least choosing standard shipping because slow shipping can be very inconsistent. Standard shipping takes 10-15 business days, and expedited takes 7-10 days. NOTE: Shipping times are after production (see above). Producing these custom bags is a complex process (see above), so please also remember that production will take around 10 business days.
How is the quality of custom bags?
As the leader in customizable bags, we take pride in the quality of our creations. The quality of our custom bags is comparable to well-known brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, and Coach, using similar materials. However, similar to the mentioned brands, our bags are not made for extreme sports or outdoor use like hiking backpacks. Our customizable bags are durable and made for everyday use. We’re excited for you to experience the quality when you receive your custom bag!
Can I sell my bags?
Yes! You can resell your own custom bags in various ways. The main way our partners sell their custom bags is through our marketplace featured on our site. The most successful custom bag designers drive traffic to their bag designs. Other designers sell their bags via social media, ads, or even in physical stores. Once your bag is listed on our marketplace, you’re free to get creative with all the ways to market them to your fans. We highly recommend partnering with influencers, as that has been the most successful strategy.

Do you have capacity for large business orders?
We have the capacity to create almost 350 new custom bags per day and are looking to increase that in the coming months. For orders over 500 bags, production time might take a few extra days if we are already at capacity, but anything under 500 should not cause any delays to the standard 5 business day production time.
How customizable are the bags?
The short answer is very customizable! You can design your bag by uploading images, logos, and text using our easy-to-use bag editor. View the finished bag mock-up in real time.
Country’s Duty & Customs On Custom Bags
Customs on custom bags vary by country. In the US, customs are covered in the price, but for other countries, the receiving party (the customer) may be responsible for any additional customs fees depending on the country they are shipping the bags to.
